In-Person Training Days Refund Policy:
Deposit Policy:
All deposits for in-person training days with Little Hair Extension Academy are non-refundable. Deposits secure your spot in the training session and are essential for proper planning and logistics.
Transfer Policy:
If you are unable to attend the initially scheduled in-person training day, you have the option to transfer your deposit to another course at a later date. To initiate a transfer, you must provide sufficient notice of at least 7 days before the scheduled training day.
Notice Requirements:
To transfer your deposit successfully, Little Hair Extension Academy requires a minimum of 7 days' notice before the scheduled in-person training day. This notice period allows us to make necessary adjustments and accommodate your request.
Failure to Provide Sufficient Notice:
If you fail to give sufficient notice of at least 7 days before the scheduled training day, your deposit will be forfeited, and no transfer will be permitted. This policy ensures that we can effectively manage our resources and offer opportunities to other participants.
How to Request a Transfer:
To request a transfer of your deposit to another in-person training day, please contact our customer support team at lhe.academy@gmail.com. Provide your full name, the original training day date, and the preferred rescheduled date. Our team will assist you in processing the transfer.
